• An Order has been released by Honorable Member Smt. Kalpana Misra, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, to return the customer paid amount with compensation on AUG-2019 
• The legal process and system does not work. Everything is designed to support the builders.  Once you pay the Builders, there is no Legal Process including UP-RERA who can help you get your investment back.
